Qualifications

• Ten years of sales leadership experience with revenue and margin accountability.
• Experience managing in a matrix environment across a large geographic area.
• Experience in waste, energy, environmental solutions or environmental services sectors.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize national sales strategy with VP, Sales.
• Collaborate with Area, BU and Division Sales leaders to hit new sales and retention goals.
• Manage performance and customer interactions via CRM.
• Drive cross-sell initiatives across environmental solutions, recycling, and sustainability programs.
• Support contract negotiations and executive-level engagements as needed.
