Job summary

Mohawk Industries seeks a National Account Manager for Floor & Decor to develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and collaborate with product development, logistics, and manufacturing to meet market demand.

You will lead growth initiatives, analyze market data, and negotiate contracts while coordinating with senior leadership to align sales targets with company goals. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• :minimum 3-5 years of job-specific experience, including 3+ years in sales management for a diverse organization
• :thorough knowledge of flooring products and distribution options
• :sales & marketing and product development background knowledge of manufacturing process

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long- and short-term sales strategies for the Floor & Decor account.
• Foster relationships with Floor & Decor to drive growth and support customer business plans.
• Work with Product Development, Logistics and Manufacturing to meet market demands.
• Manage performance against established objectives and take action to achieve targets.
• Evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and recommend changes to reach goals.
• Assist in establishing sales objectives with the SVP of Sales and ensure compliance with policies.
• Analyze industry and market changes and provide summaries for planning.
• Prepare sales forecasts by product and generate required reports.
• Identify and coordinate additional activities to hit product sales goals in key accounts.
