Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Accounts Director to lead our Data Centers vertical and shape the strategy for profitable growth. The role combines remote leadership with significant travel to engage national accounts and key hyperscalers.

You will manage a team of Data Center experts, drive market analysis, coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Development, and partner with Marketing on visibility and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years in sales or business development with 6+ years in leadership.
Proven track record leading high-performing teams in data centers.
Experience building executive-level relationships with data center operators and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

Market analysis to assess market intelligence and growth potential.
Develop and drive strategy for the Data Center vertical market.
Elevate team professionalism; drive process improvements for customer experience.
Lead vertical strategy with internal teams: supply chain, manufacturing, service.
