Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical within the National Accounts team. You will set strategy, drive growth, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver profitable results.

Remote work with 50% travel enables you to build executive relationships with data center operators and hyperscalers, coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing, and shape market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales or business development; including 6+ years people leadership experience.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams through periods of rapid growth in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators, and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Center vertical market strategy and team performance.
• Develop and drive national accounts plans and long-term growth.
• Elevate customer experience and scale complex solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, service operations and product development.
• Collaborate with marketing on materials, events, and visibility.
• Hire, train, and evaluate headcount with ongoing coaching.
