Daikin Applied Americas seeks a National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical within the National Accounts team. You will set the vertical market strategy and business plans to deliver strong growth and profitable results, working with executive leadership to shape the future of the business.

This is a remote role with 50% travel as needed. You will guide a team of Data Center experts, develop executive relationships with C-suite leaders across operators and hyperscalers, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales or business development; including 6+ years people leadership experience.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams through rapid growth in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators and hyperscalers.

Responsabilités

• Market Analysis: assess and communicate market intelligence including market characteristics, trends, and growth potential.
• Strategic Planning: develop and drive the Data Center vertical market strategy and long-term plans.
• Key Customer Planning & Execution: elevate professionalism and scale complex solutions with field, manufacturing, and leadership.
• Stakeholder Coordination: lead implementation with supply chain, manufacturing, service ops, and product development.
• Marketing: collaborate to determine materials, trade show visibility, and speaking opportunities.
• Team Management: lead a team of Data Center experts, grow pipeline, hire and train headcount, and coach performance.
