Daikin Applied Americas seeks a National Accounts Director to lead the Data Centers vertical as part of the National Accounts team. Remote role with travel as needed, reporting to the VP of National Accounts.

You will shape market strategy, guide a team of Data Center experts, and collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing to drive growth and profitable results across national accounts and hyperscalers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in sales or business development, including 6+ years people leadership.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams through rapid growth in data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators, and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis: assess market intelligence and growth potential for the Data Center vertical.
• Develop and drive data center vertical strategy, and provide updates to leadership.
• Elevate professionalism of Data Center team and scale complex solutions with field, manufacturing, and leadership.
• Lead internal coordination across supply chain, manufacturing, service operations and product development.
• Collaborate with marketing to determine materials, trade shows, and visibility opportunities.
• Lead and develop Data Center team: drive pipeline growth, headcount planning, coaching.
