Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales or business development; including 6+ years people leadership experience.
• History of leading high-performing sales teams through periods of rapid growth in the data center sector.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders across data center operators, and hyperscalers

Responsibilities

• Market analysis and market intelligence reporting.
• Develop and drive Data Center vertical market strategy and plans.
• Elevate Data Center team performance and scale complex solutions across field, manufacturing and leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams: supply chain, manufacturing, service operations and product development.
• Collaborate with marketing on materials, trade shows, and visibility opportunities.
• Lead a Data Center experts team, grow the pipeline and manage headcount and development plans
