As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll welcome guests, coordinate arrivals and departures, recommend venues, handle requests, and ensure smooth operations with a friendly, guest-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and set a warm, personable tone for their stay.
• Act as a Nashville insider, recommending music venues, restaurants, bars, events and neighborhoods.
• Manage arrivals, departures, reservations and guest communications with care and accuracy.
• Handle concierge-style requests including dining plans, directions, transportation and event recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and create thoughtful, personalized moments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues with ownership and confidence.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby reflecting Bode's social, laid-back vibe.
• Uphold brand standards while bringing your own personality to the guest experience.
