Job summary

Soho House Nashville is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome members and hotel guests, assist with check-ins, and balance cash at shift end. You will be versed in property layout, amenities, and dining options while collaborating with departments to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires guest-focused, proactive multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and phone etiquette during daily shift briefings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a similar or customer-facing role.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume inquiries professionally.
• Experience with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets and/or Opera.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Clear, articulate communication and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for members, guests and staff with a welcoming, high-service approach.
• Perform concierge duties: bookings for cars, tickets, restaurant and spa reservations.
• Handle inquiries via emails and digital portals, print/scan documents for guests.
• Stay informed on hours, access restrictions, and coordinate workflow with departments.
• Process accounting inquiries, including folios, receipts, and refunds; manage lost cards securely.
• Explain Soho House amenities, room types, rates, and availability to guests.
