Dream Nashville is hiring a Guest Service Agent to deliver attentive, high-quality service at the front desk. You will check guests in and out, assist with reservations, and handle calls while coordinating with housekeeping and engineering to meet guest needs.

The role requires at least one year at a front desk, a cheerful demeanor, strong problem-solving, and fluent English. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to engage guests and support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Front Desk Agent.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, cheerful demeanor with a caring personality.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register arriving guests and collect pertinent information.
• Efficiently conduct check-in and check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to meet guest expectations.
• Respond to guest requests and take appropriate action.
• Handle guest billing requests and cash transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Answer telephone professionally and assist guests with directions.
• Manage guest complaints and compliments courteously.
• Communicate VIP needs and special requests to relevant departments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
