Job summary

The Grand Hyatt Nashville is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide accurate information about local attractions and hotel services.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, process payments, and assist guests with requests while upholding the brand’s standards of excellence and privacy. This role requires a high school diploma, hospitality mindset, and flexibility to work weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in person with information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process reservations, payments, and room assignments with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arrival.
