Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years relevant experience.
• Strong leadership; detail-oriented; deadline-driven.
• Experience managing teams and subcontractors across labor categories.
• Program management across CPAF and FFP contracts; manage budgets and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with senior-level customers (SES and above).
• Experience capturing on-contract growth.
• Experience managing IT contracts focusing on customer relationship management across multiple stakeholders.
• Effective communication with Leidos and NASA senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across AEGIS technologies.
• Build relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership to align with priorities.
• Lead engineering across data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
• Continuously assess enterprise baselines and recommend modernization.
• Translate NASA OCIO objectives into priorities, plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Mentor leaders and promote accountability within the team.
• Support governance, risk management, and program reviews.
• Assist in program integration with Leidos corporate rhythms.
