Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead NASA AEGIS IT services, guiding strategic priorities across data centers, cloud, networks, VoIP, and cybersecurity. This role reports to the Program Manager and aims to achieve high customer satisfaction, growth, and on-time delivery.

It requires strong leadership, program management experience, and collaboration with senior NASA and Leidos leaders. The position is onsite at a NASA Center, with a focus on feasibility, risk management, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with 15+ years of relevant experience (or Master's with 10+ years).
Strong leadership; ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
Proven program management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts including budgets and customer satisfaction.
Experience interacting with senior customers (SES and above).
Ability to capture contract growth and manage IT contracts with CRM focus.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, and cybersecurity.
Lead planning, governance, and integration activities with Leidos and NASA OCIO.
Mentor leaders and foster collaboration across the program.
Ensure transparency on status, schedules, risks, and decisions; facilitate risk management.
