Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead the NASA AEGIS program, overseeing enterprise IT services including data centers, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity. The role reports to the Program Manager and aims to meet financial, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and growth goals.

The candidate will guide multi-customer teams, set goals, and drive ethical, professional behavior while enabling successful implementation across complex IT environments for NASA missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years or Master's with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven Program Management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts, including managing deliverables, budgets and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with senior level customers (SES and above) and IT contracts focusing on CRM across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior NASA and Leidos leadership to align with agency priorities.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
• Assess enterprise baselines and recommend modernization improvements.
• Translate NASA OCIO objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Provide leadership to Portfolio Managers and support contract growth and accountability.
• Foster innovation, learning, and accountability; mentor leaders at all levels.
