Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide program leadership for NASA's AEGIS IT infrastructure services, spanning data centers, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity. The role reports to the Program Manager and will drive financial, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and growth goals.

Onsite location at a NASA Center is possible. The ideal candidate has broad enterprise IT domain experience and strong leadership, capable of directing multi-customer tasks and diverse teams while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive management experience.
• Proven Program Management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts.
• Experience interfacing with senior levels of customers (SES and above).
• Experience managing IT contracts with focus on CRM across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Leidos and NASA leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: build relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership for alignment with priorities.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
• Assess enterprise baselines and recommend modernization.
• Translate NASA objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, outcomes.
• Provide leadership of Portfolio Managers for Collaboration & Specialized Services.
• Foster innovation, learning, and accountability; mentor leaders.
• Set clear expectations and provide timely feedback.
• Promote collaboration across the program and Leidos.
