Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years.
• Proven program management across CPAF and FFP contracts.
• Experience interacting with senior customers (SES and above) and capturing contract growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the NASA AEGIS IT services program.
• Translate objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Guide governance, risk, and performance reviews with senior NASA and Leidos stakeholders.
• Mentor leaders and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
