Job summary

Leidos seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead aerospace IT services for NASA’s AEGIS program, guiding senior leadership and cross-functional teams across data centers, cloud, networks, VoIP, and cybersecurity.

The role requires strong program management, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and ethical leadership. Onsite at NASA centers with readiness to coordinate among Leidos and NASA leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 10+ years.
• Strong leadership abilities; detail-oriented; meets deadlines.
• Experience managing employees and subcontractors across multiple labor categories.
• Proven program management across CPAF and FFP contracts with budgets and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with senior-level customers (SES and above).
• Experience capturing on-contract growth and CRM across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior NASA and Leidos leadership.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
• Continuously assess enterprise baselines and recommend improvements.
• Translate objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, measurable outcomes.
• Provide leadership to Portfolio Managers and oversee funded work packages.
• Foster innovation, learning, accountability, and career growth.
• Communicate expectations and model leadership; collaborate across program and Leidos.
• Support governance: MORs, IPRs, Financial Risk & Ops Reviews, and annual plans.
