Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide program leadership to NASA for the AEGIS enterprise IT services, including data centers, cloud computing, networks, collaboration tools, and cybersecurity. The role reports to the Program Manager and helps achieve financial, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and growth objectives.

The Deputy PM will guide a complex IT service delivery program across multiple centers, mentor leaders, and translate NASA objectives into actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
Proven leadership and ability to mentor leaders at all levels.
Experience managing IT contracts (CPAF/FFP) and senior customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with senior NASA and Leidos leadership to ensure alignment with agency priorities.
Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
Translate NASA objectives into actionable engineering priorities, plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
Support program governance and integration with Leidos corporate processes (MORs, IPRs, risk reviews).
Mentor leaders on career growth, skills, and technical decision making.
