Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide program leadership for NASA AEGIS, overseeing IT services across data centers, cloud, networks, VoIP, and cybersecurity. The role reports to the Program Manager and focuses on financial, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and growth objectives.

You will lead across multiple customer organizations, drive strategic planning, and coordinate with senior NASA and Leidos leadership to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's with extensive relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Experience managing diverse teams including subcontractors.
• Program management across CPAF and FFP contracts with growth focus.
• Experience interacting with senior customers (SES+).
• Ability to capture on-contract growth opportunities.
• CRM-focused IT contract management with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven relationship-building with customers and teams.
• Effective communication with Leidos and NASA senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and alignment with NASA and Leidos executives.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies: data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity.
• Plan, govern, and integrate with MORs/IPRs and governance rhythms.
• Translate objectives into actionable priorities and milestones.
• Direct leadership of portfolio managers in collaboration services and specialized services.
• Mentor leaders and promote innovation, accountability, and growth.
• Foster collaboration across the program and Leidos.
