Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for NASA AEGIS to provide program leadership across enterprise IT services, including data centers, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity. You will report to the Program Manager and help drive growth, customer satisfaction, and performance objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex IT service delivery with multiple customer organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s and 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
Proven Program Management experience across CPAF, and FFP contracts with budgets and customer satisfaction.
Experience interacting with senior level customers (SES and above) and capturing contract growth.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership to align with agency priorities.
Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
Continuously assess enterprise baselines and recommend modernization.
Translate NASA objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, outcomes.
Provide leadership of Portfolio Managers for Collaboration Services & Specialized Services.
Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability.
Mentor leaders on career growth and technical decisions.
Communicate expectations and model strong leadership behaviors.
Promote collaboration across the program and Leidos.
