Job summary

B&A is seeking a Top-Secret Project Manager to lead on-site work in Suitland, Maryland for a federal government contract. You will manage the JSDB within the IMD, handling declassification reviews, records management, archiving, and admin support under EO 13526 and NARA guidelines.

Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of federal contract management and DoD experience, plus PMP certification and a Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• PM certification (PMP) required.
• Experience managing federal contracts and personnel.
• Knowledge of EO 13526, declassification, and Joint Staff processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for COR, Branch Chief, and IMD-Chief, overseeing contract performance across all PWS tasks.
• Plan and direct declassification reviews and supporting records management, archiving, and admin functions.
• Ensure 99% acceptable quality level for declassification and archiving actions; implement remedial training or rework as needed.
• Prepare timely reports and status updates to Government leads.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and security requirements for contract personnel.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences
