UMI Stone, based in Naples, FL, seeks an IT Support Technician II to serve as the primary on-site resource for the Naples location. The role covers end-user support, device provisioning, and local IT infrastructure management.

The ideal candidate will handle onboarding/offboarding, manage endpoint configurations, and provide Tier 1–2 support for Microsoft 365, AD/AAD, and network access. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• 2–5 years in desktop/helpdesk/IT support.
• Strong Windows 10/11 experience and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Familiarity with AD/AAD user administration and endpoint deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary IT support contact for Naples office.
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Image, reimage, and deploy systems using Intune and Autopilot.
• Install and troubleshoot Windows OS and business applications.
• Manage user accounts and licenses in AD/AAD and M365.
• Provide Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and asset inventory maintenance.
