Job summary

Network Minds, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Service Delivery & Technical Operations to lead our MSP service delivery and project operations from our Naples, FL office.

The role focuses on ensuring projects stay on track, SLAs and KPIs are achieved, and our technical team delivers exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will manage engineers and technicians, oversee complex deployments, and collaborate with the IT Director to implement new technologies according to security

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong technical background with ability to lead engineers and communicate with clients and executive leadership.
• Experience leading technical projects, deployments, and engineering resources in an MSP setting.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid knowledge of onboarding new clients, cloud migrations, networking, servers, firewalls, and backups.
• Ability to understand technical designs, lead implementation, and report to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical service delivery, project execution, and team priorities.
• Own SLAs, KPIs, project deadlines, and client commitments.
• Direct engineers and technicians on client projects and deployments.
• Oversee project planning through implementation and handoff with clear roles and timelines.
• Collaborate with IT Director to implement new technologies per standards.
• Provide high-level technical guidance and assist with escalations.
