Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot computer systems; perform repairs and modifications.
• Minimize downtime by addressing hardware/software issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance of computer and network.
• Assess needs for hardware/software changes.
• Set up and configure new equipment.
• Answer questions about hardware and software issues.
