Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking an IT Analyst ERP to serve as the enterprise resource planning expert for finance and supply chain. You will configure, support, and optimize the ERP across the organization, partnering with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include reporting, data analysis, training end users, and maintaining core system data. On-site work in Naples, FL is required, with occasional travel between locations as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare, or related field with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Onsite work in Naples, FL is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Supports ERP modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, HR, Payroll, and more.
• Provide analysis, reporting, and system development support for service lines.
• Document, understand, and optimize departmental workflows to align with software capabilities.
• Respond to data requests and system issues; communicate outcomes to users.
• Collaborate with report writers to design and generate reports; maintain data integrity.
• Develop and maintain training materials; conduct trainings both virtually and in-person.
