Responsibilities

• Moves, adds, and changes for assigned devices and areas.
• Maintains devices and facilitates updates, upgrades, and system enhancements.
• Provides audio-visual support for meetings as requested.
• Provides proactive support by rounds and meetings with end users.
• Creates and maintains detailed technical documentation for assigned systems.
