Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a senior facilities and real estate leader to oversee US locations, manage multi-site operations, and drive project initiatives within scope and budget. You will partner with site leaders, tenants, and vendors to deliver complex programs across offices, distribution centers, and related facilities.

The role requires extensive FM/RE experience, strong client communication, and proven project management capabilities, with a PMP preferred and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 12 years with a master's; or equivalent.
• 10 years Facilities & Real Estate Management experience.
• Experience managing tenants and property managers/landlords.
• Proven project management experience.
• Budget management experience driving decisions by priorities.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Oversee all US-based Covetrus locations, including offices, distribution centers, call centers, and off-site storage.
• Oversee facilities-related operations such as janitorial, engineering, food & beverage, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with site leaders, tenants, brokers and vendors to ensure scope and budget.
• Assist operations leaders with innovation, technology, and design projects.
• Define project scope and objectives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Meet with clients to gather ordering briefs and clarify project requirements.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
