COREcruitment is seeking a VP of Facilities Management to lead a growing K-12 FM portfolio across 30+ sites with 50% travel. This remote-East Coast role oversees a team of 10 and drives operational excellence, client relations, and growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of senior FM leadership, strong multi-site management experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. The position offers a highly visible leadership path with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior FM or related operational leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading large, multi‑site or geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management and technical services.
• Experience managing multi‑unit across multi-states.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a large K-12 FM portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 direct reports and broader operations teams.
• Drive operational performance, safety, quality, and financial results.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to support growth, retention and long-term client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.
• Support new business growth and expansion across the portfolio.
• Develop succession plans and leadership pipeline.
• Use data and performance metrics to drive decisions and accountability.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute broader business strategies.
