Job summary

TransCor America, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of the central office and field offices. You will coordinate procurement, vendor relations, and project planning to drive cost efficiency and continuity of operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in facilities management, with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites. Travel within the U.S. may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; qualifying full-time experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, building operations, vendor management, or project management in a multi-site or high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and upkeep of building systems, equipment, electronics, and grounds; support PM schedules and renovations as applicable.
• Perform routine inspections and ensure safety, maintenance, and regulatory compliance; direct corrective action.
• Lead facility projects and planning, coordinating with stakeholders to support timely provisioning.
• Manage building access controls, key control processes, and related records.
• Develop relationships with contractors and vendors; monitor performance and pricing for quality and continuity.
• Place orders for facility supplies, repair parts, and operational items; manage inventory and stocks.
• Develop SOPs, service levels, purchasing card processes, and internal controls.
• Support procurement activities by evaluating suppliers in line with objectives.
• Prepare reports on maintenance, procurement, and cost savings; update management on progress.
• Attend staff meetings; support process improvements; travel within the domestic U.S. may be required.
