Qualifications

• Experience in US / North American contingent workforce compliance and/or MSP/VMS programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reading of legislation to extract essential requirements for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for day-to-day compliance inquiries with SLA adherence.
• Provide SME guidance on North American contingent workforce laws.
• Own California pay requirements reporting and related projects.
• Monitor and disseminate updates on North American workforce legislation.
• Prepare and present to stakeholders when significant regulatory changes occur.
• Represent Compliance in in-region client implementations and deliverables.
• Assist with training materials, SOPs, SharePoint updates, and compliance literature.
• Support VP with ad hoc compliance projects and initiatives.
