Job summary
Wolters Kluwer is seeking an HR Director, Contingent Workforce to own the strategy, governance, optimization, and execution of the organization’s contingent workforce program. You will lead end-to-end management across regions and business units, partnering with Sourcing, HR, Finance, Legal, Risk, IT, and business leaders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
- 12+ years in workforce management or contingent workforce programs.
- 7+ years leading programs at enterprise scale.
- Experience with MSP and VMS solutions.
- Strong leadership, analytics, and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year contingent workforce strategy.
- Lead program governance with executive stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end contingent labor lifecycle from demand to offboarding.
- Oversee spend, budgeting, forecasting, and supplier optimization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and co-employment standards.
- Build executive dashboards on spend, demand, and performance.
