The role requires strategic thinking, risk management, and strong stakeholder influence to balance regulatory obligations with customer experience and automation goals.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of global payroll, employment, tax, and labor compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities and processes.
• Experience guiding product strategy with regulatory considerations at scale.
