Job summary

Revantage is seeking an AVP, North America People Compliance to lead HR compliance initiatives across the region. You will align with Legal and Tech teams, ensure regulatory adherence, and manage government reporting for hundreds of employees.

The role requires 5+ years in HR compliance, deep regulatory knowledge, and strong project management. A hybrid work setup is offered with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Compliance.
• Experience with legal and regulatory compliance (labor laws, employment regulations).
• Advanced knowledge of DOL, Federal, and CA employment laws.
• Ability to prioritize multiple business needs in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR compliance strategies in collaboration with Senior Leadership and Legal.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and employment regulations; provide proactive guidance.
• Manage U.S. state and federal EEO reporting and other government audits.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and handbooks with Legal input.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments of HR processes; assess state-level compliance risks.
• Manage relationships with compliance vendors; oversee training programs.
