Job summary

HP is seeking a North America Collaboration Software Business Development Manager to drive growth and profitability for the Collaboration software portfolio across North America.

You will own renewal motions, custom quoting, pricing, and partner across Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Services, Operations, Distribution, and external technology vendors to expand software revenue, retention, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of software business development, category management, renewals, quoting, pricing, or sales operations.
• Experience with SaaS, software subscriptions, licensing, or recurring-revenue models.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own software business development and revenue growth plans for North America.
• Manage renewal motions, custom quoting, and pricing to protect margin.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Services, and Ops.
• Develop value propositions and go-to-market programs to expand adoption and revenue.
• Provide executive-level performance reviews and actionable recommendations.
