HP’s North America Commercial Print team seeks a Business Development Manager for Print - North America to accelerate growth with tier-1 distributors across the US and Canada. You will own category performance, align product roadmaps to distributor plans, and work with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Sales to optimize the portfolio and launches.

You will lead investments, channel programs and quarterly reviews, while coordinating with Partner Business Managers to drive market

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in category management, business development, channel sales, or related tech roles.
• Proven record driving growth through indirect channels and with national/Tier 1 distributors.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including investment planning and ROI analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead category growth and business planning for HP's Office Print with assigned distributors.
• Develop and execute distributor growth plans to drive shipment growth, sell-thru, and market share gains.
• Own distributor performance, quarterly reviews, and long-range growth planning.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Sales to implement launches and portfolio changes.
• Drive strategic investments, program enhancements, and partner engagement with Distributor/Partner teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to grow HP's share of wallet across distributors.
