Job summary

HP Inc. seeks a North America Collaboration Alliances Business Development Manager to expand Microsoft and Zoom partnerships.

You will translate global alliance strategies into regional market plans, coordinate joint investments, and drive 4P go-to-market execution across NA markets with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include managing alliance performance, launching joint initiatives, and delivering measurable revenue growth and customer adoption.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in alliances, business development, partner marketing, or related fields.
• Experience building joint business plans and managing partner investments.
• Experience with technology ecosystems and collaboration solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop alliance growth plans aligned to NA Revenue, market share, and profit objectives.
• Translate strategies into actionable market execution plans with quarterly priorities.
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, and targets; align stakeholders on milestones.
• Negotiate funding and manage market development funds and joint investments.
• Lead Go-to-Market across 4P plans and coordinate launches with partners.
• Own relationships with Microsoft and Zoom alliance teams and conduct reviews.
• Track market share, revenue, ROI, and program performance; adjust as needed.
• Provide market intelligence to influence portfolio, roadmap, and go-to-market decisions.
