Job summary

Voya Financial in Phoenix is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to lead territory growth by building and maintaining relationships with financial advisors to position our mutual fund platform. You will execute marketing campaigns, actively contact potential clients, manage calls and inquiries, and identify new opportunities while meeting performance objectives.

A Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in sales/marketing and mutual funds, plus a Series 6 license, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years related sales/marketing experience
• 2-4 years experience selling and/or servicing mutual funds
• Series 6 License is required
• Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Executing marketing campaigns to drive sales within the territory
• Effectively position Voya’s products within the market space served
• Make outbound calls daily as well as taking inbound calls
• Initiate and/or follow up on sales calls, identify new opportunities and answer sales questions
• Manage call/activity/quality metrics for position
