Job summary

Voya Financial in Portland, OR is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to drive territory growth by building relationships with advisors and promoting our mutual fund platform. You will lead outreach, execute campaigns and manage calls to generate opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years in sales/marketing and mutual funds, plus a Series 6 license. Strong communication and a results-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years related sales/marketing experience
• 2-4 years selling and/or servicing mutual funds
• Series 6 License required
• Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns to drive sales within the territory
• Effectively position Voya’s products within the market space served
• Make outbound calls daily as well as taking inbound calls
• Initiate and/or follow up on sales calls, identify new opportunities and answer sales questions
• Manage call/activity/quality metrics for position
• Other duties as assigned
