Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Regional Coordinator to work closely with Senior Regional Directors within the Intermediary Distribution team to advance the sales process. The role calls for strong relationship building, effective presentation skills, and solid knowledge of capital markets to position Voya IM products with Financial Advisors.

You will contribute to territory planning, client growth, and proactive outreach, leveraging CRM tools and sales protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in Financial Services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Regional Director to improve team effectiveness and grow existing and new clients.
• Manage time and territory data, strategic planning, zone/rotation planning, priorities, scheduling, follow-up, and CRM documentation.
• Anticipate needs of Financial Advisor clients with preparation, profiling, positioning, follow-through and closing skills; communicate effectively via multiple channels.
• Articulate process, performance, and nuances of Voya’s products; discuss capital markets implications with Advisors.
