Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a senior regional director to lead asset-raising in the Washington and Oregon Intermediary channel. You will manage territory sales, build advisory relationships, and collaborate with internal wholesalers to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in wholesaling mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs, and alternatives, with Series 7/66 licenses, and resides in the territory. Expect travel and a strong performance culture.

Qualifications

• Proven consultative sales professional with 8+ years of success wholesaling mutual funds, SMAs, ETFs, model portfolios, and alt investments.
• Series 7, 66 licenses required.
• Candidate must reside in territory and be willing to travel in WA/OR.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory sales and run rate revenue in WA/OR.
• Build and deepen relationships with advisors across channels.
• Coordinate with internal wholesalers to drive opportunities.
• Travel, including overnights, as required.
• Conduct 20+ in-person or virtual appointments per week.
