Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to drive territory growth by building and maintaining relationships with advisors to promote the mutual fund platform.

You will execute outbound and inbound calls, position products, and manage sales metrics while meeting licensing and compliance standards. A Bachelor’s degree and Series 6 license are required, with 2–4 years of sales/marketing experience in mutual funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years related sales/marketing experience.
• 2-4 years experience selling and/or servicing mutual funds.
• Series 6 License required.
• Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Executing marketing campaigns to drive sales within the territory.
• Effectively position Voya’s products within the market space served.
• Make outbound calls daily as well as taking inbound calls.
• Initiate and/or follow up on sales calls, identify new opportunities and answer sales questions.
• Manage call/activity/quality metrics for position.
• Other duties as assigned.
