Job summary

Voya Financial in Reno, NV is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to drive territory growth by building and maintaining relationships with advisors to position our mutual fund platform.

You will lead outbound and inbound calls, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and help potential clients understand the value of Voya’s products. A Bachelor's degree and Series 6 license are required, with 2–4 years in sales or mutual funds experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2-4 years of related sales/marketing experience.
• 2-4 years experience selling and/or servicing mutual funds.
• Series 6 license required.
• Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Executing marketing campaigns to drive sales within the territory.
• Effectively position Voya’s products within the market space served.
• Make outbound calls daily as well as taking inbound calls.
• Initiate and/or follow up on sales calls, identify new opportunities and answer sales questions.
• Manage call/activity/quality metrics for position.
• Other duties as assigned.
