Job summary

School of Rock is seeking a Studio Coordinator to serve as the administrative focal point for the school. The role requires excellent customer service, scheduling finesse, and the ability to juggle many tasks while ensuring a positive experience for students, parents, and prospective customers.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will greet students, handle opening/closing, answer inquiries, and support billing and reporting activities. Experience in a music environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Welcoming, outgoing demeanor is essential.
• Strong team collaboration and communication.
• Interest in music or experience with youth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex scheduling for a busy music school.
• Assist General Manager with various admin tasks.
• Greet and look after students and families.
• Open and close the school according to procedures.
• Answer phones, field inquiries, and promote programs.
• Prepare reports and assist with billing where needed.
• Adhere to code of conduct and safety policies.
