Responsibilities

• Adhere to district philosophy of instruction and develop lesson plans aligned to curriculum.
• Prepare lessons with accommodations for different learning styles.
• Assess student learning styles and plan instructional activities; modify curricula for IEPs.
• Collaborate with staff to set goals and supervise aides and volunteers; use technology to enhance teaching.
