Spring Branch Independent School District in Houston is seeking a dedicated Secondary Classroom Teacher. You will deliver instruction in assigned subjects, align lessons with district curricula, and support each student’s maximum potential.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas teaching certificate, demonstrates strong classroom management, and uses data to inform planning while collaborating with families and staff to help every student succeed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate or out-of-state certificate.
• Content exam and SoTR requirements met, if applicable.
• Certification must meet state and federal requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to district philosophy; develop and implement lessons with written prep evidence.
• Prepare lessons with accommodations for varied learning styles per TEA guidelines.
• Assess learning styles and modify curricula with IEP guidance where needed.
• Collaborate with staff to set goals and supervise aides and volunteers.
