Qualifikationen

• This role requires friendly, guest-facing service experience and comfort handling groups.
• Experience with tours or amusement settings is preferred.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Provide excellent guest service to museum visitors.
• Manage reservation requests via online submissions, emails, and phone calls; coordinate with staff.
• Operate ticketing and POS system to create itineraries and sell admission tickets.
• Assist with intake, welcoming, payments, and schedule logistics on visitation day.
• Handle cash and process payments; collect outstanding balances.
• Communicate changes to affected departments and respond to inquiries.
• Respond to customer problems or complaints; model professional standards.
