Job summary

Paycom in North Carolina is seeking a Property Maintenance and Repair Supervisor to oversee subcontractor repair crews, assign jobs by skill and scope, and ensure quality. This role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, and exterior work.

You will monitor materials, keep organized records, respond to homeowner questions, and coordinate punch-lists between tenants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of construction and property maintenance experience.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 50-70 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractor repair crews and assign jobs by skill and size.
• Attend renovation/repair calls and respond to homeowner questions.
• Monitor material usage and maintain inventory.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry repairs.
• Complete punch-list items and turnover between tenants.
• Maintain records of maintenance visits and repairs.
• Identify problems before major repairs and coordinate with specialists.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and safety.
• Occasional after-hours maintenance calls.
