Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC certified.
• 3+ years in resident services and maintenance or related field.
• High school education or equivalent; technical certifications may supplement experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of property and supervise Maintenance team.
• Perform and supervise repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, painting).
• Schedule and track work orders and preventive maintenance program.
• Inspect units and common areas; assist in apartment refurbishing.
• Ensure safety, inventory control, and compliance with MSDS and vendor contracts.
