Job summary

Paycom seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair tasks in our New Mexico facility. The role requires extensive hands-on knowledge across carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related trades to keep equipment and spaces safe and functional.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate company vehicles and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; five (5) years experience in Maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair functions within guidelines.
• Operate company vehicles as required and conduct preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Support Maintenance department and care for tools and equipment.
