Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems across our communities. You will complete service requests safely and promptly, prepare vacant apartments for rent, and maintain high resident service standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and possibly supervising staff or contractors. Some travel between communities may be required, depending on the community needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of property management maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic arithmetic for measurements, estimates, and percentages.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment as needed.
• Ability to handle general maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Complete service requests safely, timely, and in line with standards.
• Turn-key work to make vacant apartments rent-ready.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests to minimize issues.
• Follow Atria policies and promote safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and building codes.
• Assist in organizing and prioritizing service tasks.
• May drive company vehicle between community locations if required.
• May supervise other staff or external contractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
